Oh yes, I often do that too! In fact, I did it with my own little table that is a twin of yours! I think mine is a little more teal that green, but it's otherwise identical. It's a great little table, and cute as a button, I know you'll enjoy it for years to come!
Here's an old picture of mine, twinsies! http://www.flickr.com/photos/lisasteatime/6563123947/in/set-72157628152430439
I've missed out on a lot of neat things because I didn't snap it right up in the first place. You were definitely meant to have this cute little table!
Your little green side table found the perfect space in your home. Glad it was still there. I usually don't have that kind of luck once I walk away from something. A lovely rescue!
My goodness you were lucky. That rarely happens to me, and I still never learn and just buy it there and then! It's a great little piece and looks right at home there.
The times I've gone back for something, only to find its been snapped up by someone else. Now - I just make a quick decision and buy it. Glad your bargain was still there for you.
How wonderful that you remember your Grandmother having one. I showed a picture to my mom and she said she remembered tables like that from when she was a kid.
THANK YOU for your thoughtful comments. Replies to your questions will be posted here, so be sure to check back soon. Have a wonderful day! - Gayle, Garden Of Daisies
