  2. Good Morning Gayle, Hoorah, Spring is here....well at least in your part of the world.
I love Forsythia and tend to use it for displaying faux Easter Eggs, as normally Easter is when Forsythia flowers in my part of the world.
I do have some daffodils peeping through the soil....I can't wait for them to flower.
    Have a lovely day.
    Best Wishes

  9. I saw some forsythia blooming in D.C. but not yet in my hometown. I love forsythia and bradford pears. Both are so pretty. I would welcome them both and I hope they get to blooming here soon. :)

  15. Well my dear, there is NOTHING blooming in my garden. Still under snow. But I keep my eyes on the pussy willows so I can go cut some as soon as they bud out.

  16. It is funny to see all my Northern hemisphere blog friends getting excited about Spring when we are saying good riddance to the heat of summer and we are welcoming the cool breezes of Autumn. The temperatures are the same as Spring and many flowers bloom too or still. It is lovely to see the flowers from up there though.

  19. Pretty flowers and photos. I am thankful our area Magnolia trees have note been effected by the overnight low temps. It is beginning to look more like Spring, just wished the temperature would know that.
