With autumn just a couple of days away
I thought I should introduce you to the adorable Bushytails:
Bertram, Hazel, MaryLou, Benjamin, Emma and Baby William.
This darling squirrel paperdoll family of six
was illustrated by Kathy Lawrence and published by Shackman in 1992.
(Kathy is the daughter of Queen Holden, a name that paperdoll collectors will recognize.)
The Bushytails come with six pages of clothing
suitable for various holidays and family activities.
I betcha the real squirrels in my yard would love to have
a wardrobe like this for the blustery days ahead.
Adorable! I would have fun with these.
ReplyDeleteGayle these are so cute....I love watching the squirrels in the parks here. Their antics are so amusing at times.
ReplyDeleteNot knowing much about them, are they a problem in your garden or not?

I am a big squirrel fan!! Your bushytail family are so cute with their adorable outfits!!
ReplyDeleteWe only get tiny glimpses of real squirrels here in our yard in Germany - mostly in the fall - but it always makes me so happy to spy one.
Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving such a lovely comment - made my day!:) xo K
They are so cute with their extensive wardrobe, How do you resist the temptation to dress them?
ReplyDeleteI love them, they are so cute. I just put up some cornstalks at my moms house, we are decorating her back deck for fall, and I told her to be on the lookout for squirrels going after the corn. they are so comical. I just get mad at them when they shake the birdseed out of the bird feeders! Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
Julie
