I have been away from blogging for so long! Yours is the first post I have commented on in forever. I am studying for comps and then I should be able to be more faithful! The tea looks marvelous!
A cup of tea sounds great to me! My mother has 'Memory Lane', I remember her bringing it out on good/fancy occasions..brings back memories. I like the teapot..so pretty!
You have such lovely tea sets Gayle. This one is so pretty and dainty and your napkins compliment it so well. I was curious to see if anyone could name the one you posted last week as I have never seen it before. I didn't know Roysl Albert made sets without names.
Thank you so much.I'm not sure,I will check.If I haven't, that's a good idea.There's a tiny cute story I can tell.Thank you again for the wishes and coming by for a visit-Denise
Such a pretty tea set! I have just made a cup of tea myself to enjoy while I read some blogs, so that was perfect timing! Have a lovely weekend. Helen x
SQUEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! I just got our package. I am SO excited about those totem poles! I have never seen anything like them, but we love totem poles (we did a blog post about how to make one from paper bags once) and I can't wait to use them for Muffin Tin Monday. You are so sweet to send one for each boy! I've already got my MTM post scheduled for this Monday, but I'll definitely be using them for the following Monday. And thank you also for the roasted seaweed - yum! It's been a couple of months since I last had any - so YAY!!
Your tea breaks always look so peaceful and lovely :-)
I just came across your blog doing a search on this very pattern of china that I'm considering purchasing...it does look so pretty when it's in "presentation". I think my mind is made up, thanks!
THANK YOU for your thoughtful comments. Replies to your questions will be posted here, so be sure to check back soon. Have a wonderful day! - Gayle, Garden Of Daisies
I do love that china pattern - my mother has a set and it has been a favourite since I was a child!
