Polly Put The Kettle On, We'll All Have Tea.

I'm getting ready for  tea and story time with my wee friend, Little Miss.  My kids used these Peter Rabbit dishes when they were young too.

Several storybook characters are joining us.  There's Peter Rabbit, Tom Kitten, Nursery Rhyme Polly, Chicken Little and the Steadfast Tin Soldier.

We are too young for real tea.  Just warm milk with sugar this time.

And there will be cookies and fruit to nibble on.

But if I put the milk and food out now, we will have trouble from you know who...

Katerina
and
Natasha

Don't let those innocent eyes fool you!
I'm waiting.
Hope you take time to enjoy the little people in your life.   They grow up so quickly.

  9. This is my first visit to your blog. It's nice to meet you.

I love Beatrix Potter. All her little creatures are so delightful.

Interestingly, I showed a children's tea set today as well. My dear mother-in-law made it, and in the days when daughter was too young for tea, we used our tea set for Juicy Juice.

And I agree...they grow so fast. So enjoy every moment, for soon...much more quickly than you can imagine...our little ones will be all grown up.

    Blessings,
Patti (Fill My Cup with Beauty)
