Roses in April!

This crazy weather has my "Nearly Wild" roses blooming in April!
(A month earlier than normal.)

I sure do love pink roses!

Have  you decided which new photo editor to use
after Picnik goes away?  (tomorrow)
I'm trying out FotoFlexer right now.  And I'm watching to see if  PicMonkey or
BeFunky add fonts and frames that are more appealing to me.

  1. i'M GOING TO have to try to remember to frame my pictures. I never think of it, and yours always look great!

Love the roses. We have just had two nights of frost. The entire grape crop in SW MI was destroyed. Most sell to Welches for jam and juice. Not to mention local orchards. Its going to be an expensive year to eat fruit.

I'm hoping the weekend is nice enough to pull weeds ~lol~

  2. Crazy isn't it to see rose blooms already. I'm really holding out that PicMonkey will come through once they get their collage function working. I've been going back and forth with Pixlr, PicMonkey, BeFunky, ipiccy, and fotoflexer.

  3. Lovely roses, and yes, this spring weather has been weird.

I have been using Picasa and I love it. I love the fill light option and find for my indoor pics that is usually all I need. I was very happy to see they also have the pencil drawing option that I love.

  10. Yep, my first rose bloomed the last day in May! Some still have not bloomed yet, usually they do about the end of April.

  11. Oh I love those roses more than any other kind.

I use Irfanview - it is free and works about the same as photo shop - but much more user friendly.

  12. nature has got the calendar wrong this year. I use my Iphoto program which came with the macbook. I have been given Aperture which is like iphoto on steroids but I have learnt how to use it yet. I am going through the book slowly. I haven't tried any fancy programs yet.You can trial hem for us.
