Isn't it amazing how much work someone took to make those beautiful potholders. Somehow just buying them at Walmart doesn't hold quite the same magic. Enjoy your treasures.
The potholders are beautiful; I love your choice of colors! I found one recently in an antique store in peach. A bargain at .49 cents!Hope you enjoy the weekend.

Very pretty collection. I think I have a blue one just like that.
Those are way to pretty to use in the kitchen.
They are very beautiful Lucky you that you found them. Did you already enter my vintage giveaway????
I love these too - I collect ones in red also - though most any color will do for me.
When my Mom was alive she used to make these very pot holders. I've seen each one of these styles handmade by her. I remember one year at a church bazaar she brought some of her pot holders and they disappeared before you knew what happen. She could have sold four or five times the number she made. Thanks for sharing. Connie :)
I save the crocheted hot pads from the thrift store and have them as a border under my kitchen cabinets. They look adorable and each time I look at them it makes me smile. Tammy
