Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Had to pop in this week to wish everyone a
very happy St Patrick's day!!

Belleek shamrock pieces scattered about the house.
And a little Irish nutcracker dancing the reel.

And here are some reel steps for you to watch.
(the reel in soft shoes and the treble-reel in hard shoes.)

I don't know how those dancers manage all those complicated looking steps- My SIL took classes and actually amazed me with what she learned- and she is a klutz! LOL

You have some really wonderful Belleek pieces! I knew nothign of Belleek until a couple of years ago when a client registered for several pieces. So pretty! And those little girls dancing up a storm...I would be off in the corner somewhere begging for an oxygen tank! Thanks for sharing, and thank you for stopping in on my blog earlier today! I hope you and yours enjoy a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!

Thanks so much for stopping by my post ... you are so right about our Scot and Irish ancestors! My Celtic roots are all jumbled up between England, Ireland and Scotland ... and to make it even worse, when the folks reached Southern Illinois, they let a teacher change he spelling of their last name ... so what a mess!!

Thanks so much for the visit!

I'm guessing since you own an Irish dancing doll that one of those girls in the video must be a family member? I know how much those dance costumes cost!! I have a friend who sews some of the designs on them.

Beautiful Beleek pieces you have!

Gayle, Please know I'd never think ill of KS folks because of that church. I have some wonderful friends from all over your state. No needs for you to apologize for those people.
Hope your St Patty's Day has been wondeful! Nicole :)
