Your mosaic brings back fond memories of when I grew up in IA, and when my husband and I visited this area years ago. Thank you for sharing this treasure!
How nice. I love these kinds of stores too. Reminds me of Cracker Barrel. Thanks for stopping by. I am just getting the hang of these mosaics. Learning a lot from you ole pros. Blessings QMM
One of these days I'll have to learn how to make a mosaic - they are such fun to look at! That Amish store looks wonderful - I think I'd spend a good long time there and would be bound to come out with a basketful of goodies.
This crochet thing is very addictive! Joining in new colours is easy, I have found 'you tube' really helpful. Check it out if you get stuck reading the books.
I love to browse in Amish stores. I could spend hours just looking. Your mosaic is very pretty and captures so many of the key ideas that are promoted in the store.
I love anything Amish, adore Country stores and if there's a cow included (don't forget I'm in Normandy!)I'm a fan. Can come with you next time? s'il vous plait? Happy MM. ~Maggie~
Lovely mosaic & charming little store! We have an Amish (Mennonite?) store near us also. I love going there. Everything they sell is so reasonably priced and their baked things are wonderful. Blessings, G
Love your mosaic! I went to an Amish community in Kansas and so loved it that on my way home I had to drive back through their countryside. Thank you for stopping by my post, I love meeting new people and the name of your blog bring lovely thoughts. Happy Monday - Debbie
What a charming mosaic!! I would love a trip to the Amish Country Store. A couple years ago we traveled to Ohio and my hubby took us on a side trip to Lehman's. What a fun day that was!!
I WANT to walk in that store and shop!!!! Love your pillow and big-delicious-chair to snuggle into. Really fun mosaic! Thanks for dropping by to say HI!
Hello again! I wanted to thank you for stopping by today. I was hurting a good deal yesterday (weather change coming...today it is snowing), but when I saw that prayer plant blooming it really did make the day special. The older I get the more I am realizing that it is the "little things in life" that really make the difference for me.
That store looks like one that I could spend a few hours in!!! Thank you for showing us. I really liked all the vintage towels it looked like. Beautiful.
The name of your blog caught my attention so I came over for a visit. I love flowers and gardens. The cow pillow is so cute, you made a great purchase.
oh, i'm such a nit! i went to 'little red house' and saw what i did. i signed up for something i knew NOTHING about...which pretty much sums up my experience with blogging.
