What do you get when you mix gorgeous art, yummy food, great music,
a picturesque neighborhood and a perfect day?
The Plaza Art Fair!
(Artists: Jim and Renee Engebretson, Wisconsin)
WOW!
I was smitten by the glass pieces this year.
As much as I may have wanted to plunk down $2000 to buy that bowl,
the ol' pocket book said "nope".
(Engebretson)
But these tweet birdies made it back to my house.
Oh. My. Goodness! Gorgeous glass bowls. I've never seen anything like them. The tweets are pretty too.
ReplyDeleteThose glass pieces are gorgeous!! I would have loved seeing them up close.
ReplyDeleteThis has to be the most beautiful bowl I have ever seen. It is exquisite! I don't often see something I really want but I would adore to own this. (It looks like you had a lovely day too.)
ReplyDeleteGayle what a gorgeous weekend to have it too. My oldest went and said it was wonderful. The glass work reminds me of Chihuly. We took the kids to see his art glass in the St. Louis botanic gardens a few years ago and it was magical. The birds are perfectly at home in your space...smiles...Renee
