The Country's Newest Social Worker


We had a very special event to attend this past weekend.
Our daughter's college graduation.

She earned a double major in Social Work / Justice And Society.

    I read your post on The Desert Rose pattern and found it to be true too, as I have been collecting this beautiful dinnerware for sometime too. I don't buy any now in the dept. stores the quality is not there.

  35. Isn't it crazy that these grads have to volunteer to get hired after all the hard work at school. My daughter has been told she may have to volunteer when she finishes college before she can get a job. She will be a RN. Maybe your daughter chose to so I shouldn't just assume. Just wondering. You must be so proud though.

  36. I don't think it's crazy at all.
    Yes, my daughter did choose to give a year of her life to help an underserved community. The need is great and it is something she wants to do.
    By the way, the organization she is with still needs nurses.
